Godfrey Phillips Q1 Outcomes: Web revenue jumps 56% to Rs 356 crore, to challenge 2:1 bonus shares

Cigarette maker Godfrey Phillips India Ltd on Monday reported a 56 per cent leap in consolidated internet revenue at Rs 356.28 crore within the first quarter ended June 2025, driving on larger gross sales.

The corporate, which posted a consolidated internet revenue of Rs 228.55 crore within the corresponding quarter final fiscal, stated its board has accepted issuance of bonus fairness shares within the proportion of two:1, Godfrey Phillips India stated in a regulatory submitting.


Consolidated whole income from operations within the quarter below evaluation stood at Rs 1,813.26 crore as in opposition to Rs 1,358.81 crore within the year-ago interval, it added.
