Michael Madsen‘s remaining main position is making ready to make the competition rounds as followers, pals and family members mourn his passing.

After the actor died at age 67 earlier this month, affected by coronary heart failure, the trailer for Mr. Fantastic reveals a glimpse at Madsen’s emotional efficiency within the indie drama from director Mark David.

In Mr. Fantastic, Madsen performs Brian Fenton, a university professor desperately making an attempt to prop up a failing profession and steer a wayward son away from medicine and private damage, whereas coming to grips along with his personal mysterious father’s descent into dementia.

David, who beforehand labored as DP on a number of movies with Madsen, remembered the actor as “a very candy man, heat, humorous and such a powerhouse on display,” including: “I believed each phrase he stated on digital camera. I needed to make extra films with him.”

Author/producer Daniel Blake Smith added, “His personal sister, actress Virginia Madsen known as him ‘thunder and velvet… mischief wrapped in tenderness.’ Properly, nowhere was that emotional complexity extra vividly on show than the susceptible and deeply emotional work he put into the lead position in our movie.”

Madsen stars in Mr. Fantastic alongside Robert Miano, Kate Hodge, Brittany Underwood, Lew Temple, Erik Fellows, Bradley Stryker and Robert Laenen.

Additionally produced by Pauline Jones, government producer Scott Stoltz of SCS Studio Filmz has acquired the movie for worldwide gross sales.
