Massive Machine Label kinds cross-genre label with former Republic Information exec Joel Klaiman

Two executives who supported Taylor Swift’s early music have reunited to launch a brand new file label targeted on creating cross-genre artists.

Massive Machine Label Group on Monday (July 7) launched a brand new imprint referred to as Ascend Music in partnership with music business veteran Joel Klaiman, with its first signing anticipated to be introduced later this week.

The launch of the brand new enterprise comes over a month after Borchetta joined the advisory board of Siebert Monetary, mother or father firm of Gebbia Media, after the latter acquired Massive Machine Rock, the Nashville-based rock imprint of BMLG, from HYBE America.
