Common Music Group has appointed Kayla Schmandt to the position of Vice President, Digital Technique, Africa, Center East, and Asia (AMEA), efficient from July 1, 2025.
On this position, Schmandt will report back to Adam Granite, CEO of UMG AMEA, and can be based mostly out of UMG’s London workplace.
Her remit is to assist construct, form and implement UMG’s AMEA digital and industrial technique, together with the areas of e-Commerce and CRM.
Schmandt will draw on her experience from her earlier position as VP Business Affairs, the place she “assessed market developments, recognized potential new income streams, and analysed untapped enterprise alternatives.”
