Paul Simon Cancels 2 Tour Dates For “Minor” Surgical procedure

Paul Simon has cancelled two exhibits on the A Quiet Celebration tour, his first since 2018, as he undergoes a minor surgical procedure.

On Saturday, the 16x Grammy winner needed to cancel his June 28 and 29 exhibits scheduled for Philadelphia’s Academy of Music following “power and intense again ache.”

“At this time it turned unmanageable and calls for quick consideration,” reads an announcement on Simon’s Instagram. “Sadly we’ve got to cancel these exhibits right now, as we don’t have the flexibility to reschedule them.”
