WASHINGTON — Sen. Susan Collins (Maine), the Republican chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee, rebuked the Trump administration for chopping federal biomedical analysis funding, cancelling grants, and shedding federal well being division workers, and stated the adjustments should be reversed.
