Warner Music’s authorized battle over Ok-pop group poaching allegations by Attrakt set for September courtroom date

Ok-pop company Attrakt and Warner Music Korea are set to face off in courtroom in September for the primary listening to in a 20 billion South Korean gained (USD $14 million) lawsuit over Warner’s alleged try and poach former members of Ok-pop group Fifty Fifty.

Attrakt’s allegations emerged after South Korean outlet Dispatch reported that Ahn Sung-il of The Givers advised dad and mom of group members about connections at Warner Music. In response to the report, Ahn referenced a Warner government recognized as Chief Monetary Officer “Simon” who had “agreed to signal with Fifty Fifty.”

Ahn was quoted by Dispatch as saying: “There’s a man named Simon, the general CFO of Warner Music Group. He was very supportive of me after I labored there.
