Virgin Atlantic axes Tel Aviv flights

UK airline Virgin Atlantic has introduced its resolution to completely halt flights on the London Heathrow-Tel Aviv route. The airline mentioned, “Clients affected by the cancellation of the route and who booked their flight instantly via Virgin Atlantic will obtain a notification by electronic mail. We apologize for the inconvenience and proceed to work to supply the best stage of service even throughout this transition interval.”







The provider added that its codeshare partnership with El Al will proceed, thus enabling a steady connection between Tel Aviv and London Heathrow, with as much as 4 each day flights. The partnership will present clients with connection flights to locations within the UK and the US.

Virgin Atlantic suspended operations to Israel on October 11, 2023, shortly after the conflict broke out, and has since postponed its return a number of instances.
