A Virginia man has been arrested after he allegedly poured gasoline throughout a neighborhood metropolis councilman, chased him outdoors and set him on fireplace, in keeping with police … who say this seems to be some type of private vendetta.
Danville Metropolis Councilman Lee Vogler was allegedly attacked Wednesday at his day job as a gross sales director at Showcase Journal.

Cops say the suspect, Shotsie Michael Buck Hayes, confronted Lee at his workplace and doused him with gasoline … chasing him outdoors and setting him on fireplace.
Lee was rushed to a hospital after struggling severe burn accidents.
The Danville Police Division says Hayes is in custody and “the assault stems from a private matter not associated to the sufferer’s place on Danville Metropolis Council or another political affiliation.”
We obtained Hayes’ mug shot and cops say he is charged with tried first-degree homicide and aggravated malicious wounding.
38-year-old Vogler was elected to town council again in 2012, and he additionally works on the journal. The publication says, “We’re deeply shocked and saddened by this act of violence.”
The journal provides … “Our ideas and prayers are with Lee and his household as he receives medical care. The Showcase Journal workforce is totally cooperating with regulation enforcement as they proceed their investigation.”
