A tattooed man in a Chicago Bulls jersey repeatedly stabbed a person throughout a weekend conflict inside a Chelsea deli, cops stated. 

The menace stormed as much as the 36-year-old sufferer inside Cafe Deli-Cious on West twenty third Road close to Sixth Avenue round 7:45 p.m. Sunday and began a heated argument, police stated.
