Replace on GOP Medicaid negotiations
The Home Guidelines Committee handed the funds reconciliation invoice late Wednesday evening, teeing it up for Home flooring motion.
Home Republicans made a couple of shock revisions to the Medicaid portion of that invoice, together with one that will reward states for not increasing Medicaid. That measure would let nonexpansion states pay docs and hospitals greater than growth states can be allowed to pay suppliers.
