Police officer Gerald Richardson has been charged with third-diploma assault and battery for flattening a 17-year-old highschool scholar in Sumter, South Carolina. In keeping with arrest warrants, Richardson confronted the coed for cursing in a college hallway, and after he cursed once more, Richardson shoved him to the bottom, inflicting minor accidents to the coed’s head and arm. The incident was reported to the South Carolina Legislation Enforcement Division, which investigated because of the involvement of a police officer. Richardson was launched on $1,000 bond, and the Sumter Police Division positioned him on administrative go away with out pay pending additional investigation.
