Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 76 sq. meter, four-room, third ground condominium on Nesher Hachaim Road in Mekor Baruch was bought for NIS 3.8 million. A 108 sq. meter, four-room, floor ground condominium with parking on Kiryat Moshe Road was bought for NIS 4.3 million. A 77 sq. meter, five-room, third ground condominium with a 68 sq. meter roof space on Dov Sadan Road was bought for NIS 2.3 million. A 53 sq. meter, three-room, third ground condominium on Dov Ben-Yakar Road was bought for NIS 1.96 million. A 84 sq. meter, five-room, first ground condominium on Bialik Road was bought for NIS 3.85 million.

Tel Aviv and central area
Bat Yam: A 119 sq. meter, five-room, fourth ground roof condominium in want of renovation with a 75 sq. meter roof space with a 5.5 sq. meter solar balcony, protected room and parking on Uziel Road was bought for NIS 2.35 million (RE/MAX – Heart).

Ramat Hasharon: A 198 sq. meter, six-room, sixteenth and seventeenth ground duplex penthouse with a 50 sq. meter balcony and a 30 sq. meter balcony, storage room, elevator and two parking areas on Prof. Ephraim Katzir Road within the Meda neighborhood was bought for NIS 4.7 million. A 135 sq. meter, five-room, second ground condominium with a balcony, elevator and two parking areas on Eliezer Ben Yehuda Road was bought for NIS 2.53 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rosh Ha’ayin: A 126 sq. meter, five-room, fifth ground condominium with a balcony, elevator and parking on Gertrude Elyon Road within the Pisgat Afek neighborhood was bought for NIS 2.16 million. A 113 sq. meter, 4.5-room, third ground condominium with an elevator and parking on Albert Einstein Road was bought for NIS 2 million. A 198 sq. meter, six-room, seventeenth and 18th duplex penthouse with a 100 sq. meter balcony, elevator and parking on Yonatan Ratosh Road was bought for NIS 3.6 million (RE/MAX – Lev Haaretz).

Hadera: A 127 sq. meter, four-room, seventh ground condominium with parking on Hativat Hanahal Road was bought for NIS 2.16 million. A 171 sq. meter, four-room, seventh ground condominium with a 75 sq. meter roof space and two parking areas on Nahal Sorek Road was bought for NIS 3.4 million.

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 52 sq. meter, two-room, twelfth ground condominium with an elevator and parking on Yad Vashem Road within the Gimmel neighborhood was bought for NIS 525,000. A 148 sq. meter, five-room, second ground condominium with a balcony, elevator and parking on Mivtza Nachshon Road within the Vav neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.1 million. A 118 sq. meter, four-room, floor ground backyard condominium with a 118 sq. meter backyard, elevator and parking on Aharon Miskin Road within the Nahal Ashan neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.23 million (RE-MAX/Plus).
