Jon Miyahara, who recurred because the stoic, largely silent Cloud 9 worker Brett Kobashigawa on all six seasons of NBC’s 2015-2021 office comedy Superstore, has died. He was 83.
His dying was confirmed on Instagram by Superstore forged mate Colton Dunn. Neither a reason behind dying nor particular date of dying was cited.
Dunn wrote that Miyahara “was a very superior man and as a performer might communicate volumes with only a look. He was such a memorable a part of the Cloud 9 workforce. It was an honor to know him and work with him. I used to be fortunate sufficient to satisfy a few of his household and my ideas are with them.”
