EIH Restricted, the flagship entity of The Oberoi Group, has introduced 4 new resort initiatives in India. Revealed in the course of the firm’s seventy fifth Annual Basic Assembly in New Delhi, these developments are set to boost EIH Restricted’s presence in leisure and concrete locations.
The initiatives embrace:
- The Oberoi, Gir – A 20-key Oberoi luxurious wildlife retreat set amidst a 40-acre mango orchard, positioned near Gir Nationwide Park.
- The Oberoi, Hyderabad – A 220-key luxurious resort positioned at Hyderabad’s business district, Information Metropolis.
- Trident, Nandi Hills – A 150-key Trident resort located within the picturesque Nandi Hills, north of Bengaluru.

The initiative will see eight lodges owned or operated by EIH Restricted, whereas 17 shall be managed underneath The Oberoi Group via contracts.
This expansive pipeline contains 16 Indian lodges and 9 worldwide ones in areas reminiscent of London, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. Upon completion, the properties will add 2,033 keys to the portfolio, with 18 underneath the Oberoi model and 7 underneath the Trident model.
