Netflix has assembled the forged for its 6-part restricted collection Pleasure and Prejudice, based mostly on the basic Jane Austen novel, which has began manufacturing within the UK.
Rufus Sewell (The Diplomat) will star because the clever patriarch Mr Bennet. Forged as Bennet sisters are Freya Mavor (Business) as Jane, Heartstopper‘s Rhea Norwood as Lydia and newcomers Hollie Avery and Hopey Parish of their debut roles as Kitty and Mary, respectively. Louis Partridge (Disclaimer) will tackle the scheming Mr Wickham, with Jamie Demetriou (Stath Lets Flats) because the pompous Mr Collins, Fiona Shaw (Killing Eve) because the fearsome Girl Catherine de Bourg, Daryl McCormack (Wake Up Lifeless Man: A Knives Out Thriller) as Jane’s beloved Mr Bingley and Siena Kelly (Black Mirror) as his sister Caroline.
They be part of earlier forged leads Emma Corrin as Elizabeth Bennet, Jack Lowden as Mr. Darcy and Olivia Colman as Mrs. Bennet.
