Second-hand residences bought
Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 75 sq. meter, four-room, third flooring residence on Dahoumi Avenue in Kiryat Menachem was bought for NIS 2.6 million. A 78 sq. meter, three-room, first flooring residence on Leo Picquard Avenue with a 21 sq. meter yard and parking in Har Homa was bought for NIS 2.1 million. A 140 sq. meter, four-room, floor flooring residence with an 80 sq. meter backyard and 90 sq. meter roof space in Ramat Motza was bought for NIS 4.8 million.

Tel Aviv and central area
Tel Aviv: A 84 sq. meter, four-room, fifth flooring residence with parking on Harav Uziel Avenue within the Bavly neighborhood was bought for NIS 4.35 million. A 80 sq. meter, three-room, second flooring residence with parking on Hasidei Haomot Avenue within the Tzahalon neighborhood with parking was bought for NIS 3.02 million. A 70 sq. meter, three-room, first flooring residence on Herzl Avenue was bought for NIS 2.70 million. A 136 sq. meter, four-room, eleventh flooring residence on Herzl Avenue in a brand new venture was bought for NIS 6 million.

Netanya: A 104 sq. meter, four-room, first flooring residence with parking on Beeri Avenue within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 2.03 million. A 132 sq. meter, five-room, second flooring residence with two parking areas on Derekh Hapark in Kiryat Hasharon was bought for NIS 3.16 million. A 128 sq. meter, five-room, backyard residence with a 170 sq. meter yard in an eighth flooring constructing on Brosh Avenue in Kiryat Hasharon was bought for NIS 4.62 million.

Rehovot: A 81 sq. meter, three-room, fourth flooring residence on Nordau Avenue was bought for NIS 1.67 million. A 122 sq. meter, five-room, eighth flooring residence with parking on Haim Kaufmann Avenue was bought for NIS 3.1 million. A 25 sq. meter, two-room, floor flooring residence on Hashmrim Avenue was bought for NIS 850,000. A 89 sq. meter, four-room, fourth flooring residence on Harav Zakharia Madad Avenue was bought for NIS 1.7 million.

Haifa and the north
Harish: A 115 sq. meter, five-room, first flooring residence with a 20 sq. meter balcony, protected room, elevator and parking on Shoham Avenue within the Evenei Chen was bought for NIS 1.525 million (RE/MAX).
