Jerusalem: A 75 sq. meter, four-room, third flooring residence on Dahoumi Avenue in Kiryat Menachem was bought for NIS 2.6 million. A 78 sq. meter, three-room, first flooring residence on Leo Picquard Avenue with a 21 sq. meter yard and parking in Har Homa was bought for NIS 2.1 million. A 140 sq. meter, four-room, floor flooring residence with an 80 sq. meter backyard and 90 sq. meter roof space in Ramat Motza was bought for NIS 4.8 million.

A 25 sq. meter, two-room, floor flooring residence on Hashmrim Avenue was bought for NIS 850,000. A 89 sq. meter, four-room, fourth flooring residence on Harav Zakharia Madad Avenue was bought for NIS 1.7 million.
Haifa and the north
Harish: A 115 sq. meter, five-room, first flooring residence with a 20 sq. meter balcony, protected room, elevator and parking on Shoham Avenue within the Evenei Chen was bought for NIS 1.525 million (RE/MAX).
