Tesla driver rammed motorcyclist, D.A. says, faces homicide cost

A Tesla driver rushing alongside a San Diego County freeway purposely rammed a motorcyclist, killing him, prosecutors say. The motorist has pleaded not responsible to homicide.

Ulysses Jiminez, 22, faces the homicide cost in addition to six counts of assault with a lethal weapon and one rely of hit and run with dying or everlasting severe harm.
