To formally signal Myles Turner, the Bucks wanted to create some cap area. They did that by waiving nine-time All-Star level guard Damian Lillard and Vasilije Micić, two strikes that turned official Monday. A league supply tells The Athletic that, as a part of a buyout, Micić agreed to offer again $6.1 million, which shrunk the Bucks’ cap hit on his contract from $8.1 million to solely $2 million. Micić will now have the ability to pursue alternatives in Europe or the NBA. -via New York Instances / July 7, 2025
