Tel Aviv and central area
Tel Aviv: A 86 sq. meter, 4.5-room, first flooring condominium with two balconies totaling 15 sq. meters on Lotus Avenue within the Ajami neighborhood of Jaffa was bought for NIS 3.18 million (RE/MAX – WIN).

Ramat Hasharon: A 111 sq. meter, five-room, floor flooring condominium on Remez Avenue within the Neve Magen neighborhood was bought for NIS 2.75 million. A 104 sq. meter, four-room, second flooring condominium on Harav Orbach Avenue within the Hadar neighborhood was bought for NIS 3.39 million. A 165 sq. meter, five-room, floor flooring condominium on Sheshet Hayamim Avenue within the south of the town was bought for NIS 4.25 million.







Petah Tikva: A 128 sq. meter, five-room, third flooring condominium on Haim Zakai Avenue in Kfar Ganim Gimmel was bought for NIS 3.61 million. A forty five sq. meter, three-room, third flooring condominium on Assaf Simhoni Avenue within the Ahdut neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.55 million. A 79 sq. meter, three-room, first flooring condominium with parking on Haim Hefetz Avenue within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 1.9 million.

Ness Ziona: A 111 sq. meter, four-room, fifth flooring condominium on Haimahot Avenue in Savionei Netzer Sereni was bought for NIS 3.32 million. A 129 sq. meter, five-room, fifth flooring condominium with two parking areas on Herzl Avenue within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 3.7 million. A 117 sq. meter, four-room, third flooring condominium with parking on Hakramim Avenue within the Valley neighborhood was bought for NIS 3.07 million.

Rehovot: A 132 sq. meter, five-room, fourth flooring condominium with parking on Jabotinsky Avenue was bought for NIS 3.2 million. A 87 sq. meter, four-room, fourth flooring condominium on Hatehiya Avenue within the Danya neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.72 million. A 122 sq. meter, five-room, seventh flooring condominium with two parking areas on Kalman Bialer Avenue was bought for NIS 3.15 million.

Haifa and the north
Haifa: A 47 sq. meter, three-room, third flooring condominium on Amal Avenue in Kiryat Eliezer was bought for NIS 1.26 million. A 109 sq. meter, four-room tenth flooring condominium with an elevator and parking on Almog Avenue in Ramat Hanasi was bought for NIS 2.41 million. A 52 sq. meter, 2.5-room, floor flooring condominium on Geula Avenue within the Geula neighborhood was bought for NIS 850,000. A 127 sq. meter, four-room, first flooring condominium on Derekh Hayam within the Western Carmel was bought for NIS 2.56 million.
