Tel Aviv and central area
Tel Aviv: A 53 sq. meter, 2.5-room, first flooring condominium on Arba Artzot Avenue within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 3.4 million. A 84 sq. meter, three-room, third flooring condominium on Chatlin Avenue within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 4.45 million. A 54 sq. meter, three-room, floor flooring condominium on Korkidi Avenue was bought for NIS 2 million. A 77 sq. meter, three-room, fifth flooring condominium on Moshe Dayan Avenue was bought for NIS 1.6 million.

Ramat Gan: A 58 sq. meter, two-room, first flooring condominium with parking on Tirzah Avenue was bought for NIS 2.13 million. A 66 sq. meter, three-room, fifth flooring condominium on Donash Avenue was bought for NIS 2.6 million. A 70 sq. meter, three-room, third flooring condominium on Hasar Moshe Avenue was bought for NIS 2.2 million. A 107 sq. meter, five-room, fifth flooring condominium on Harav Azrieli Avenue was bought for NIS 1.78 million.

Beersheva and the south
Ashkelon: A forty five sq. meter, three-room, first flooring condominium on Shalom Aleichem Avenue was bought for NIS 850,000. A 80 sq. meter, 3.5-room fourth flooring condominium on Montefiori Avenue was bought for NIS 1.1 million. A 113 sq. meter, four-room, first flooring condominium with parking on Habustan Avenue was bought for NIS 1.8 million. A 140 sq. meter, five-room home on Afarsamon Avenue was bought for NIS 3 million.

Meitar: A 255 sq. meter, six-room home on an 800 sq. meter lot with a big balcony and open view within the Shlav Guess neighborhood was bought for NIS 2.55 million (RE/MAX – Plus).

Eilat: A 122 sq. meter, five-room, floor flooring condominium on Klil Hahoresh Avenue was bought for NIS 2.6 million. A 94 sq. meter, four-room, floor flooring condominium on Avraham Avinu Avenue was bought for NIS 1.92 million.
