Authority on deployment of the Nationwide Guard in California by the president was given approval late Thursday by a panel within the ninth U.S. Circuit Courtroom of Appeals.
A panel of three justices dominated unanimously to indefinitely block a June 12 U.S. District Courtroom ruling that might have transferred management of the Nationwide Guard instantly again to California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom.
