Machete assault kills one man, injures one other in downtown Los Angeles, police say

One man was killed and one other was injured in a machete assault in downtown L.A. over the weekend, in keeping with authorities.

On Monday at 12:17 a.m., the Los Angeles Police Division responded to a report of an assault close to Eleventh Road and Grand Avenue, police stated.

Officers discovered two males, one in his 60s and one other in his 30s, with accidents from a machete assault, in keeping with the LAPD. The Los Angeles Hearth Division responded to take the victims to an area hospital.

The person in his 60s was pronounced useless from his accidents, whereas the second man was hospitalized in secure situation, authorities stated.

Officers searched the realm, arrested a male suspect and located the weapon, police stated. Extra info, together with the victims’ and suspect’s identities, wasn’t launched.
