The French President initially seems startled however rapidly composes himself and waves to cameras beneath.
Elysee sources have been quoted by French media as saying that what was caught on digital camera was “a second wherein the president and his spouse have been unwinding by goofing about one final time earlier than the beginning of the journey” and Macron mentioned they have been “simply joking about as we do”.
