Tel Aviv penthouse by Yarkon Park offered for NIS 24m

Israeli improvement and building firm Prashkovsky Investments (TASE: PRSK) has reported the sale of a penthouse within the HaGaDa mission on at 68-70 Bnei Dan Road in Tel Aviv’s Previous North district. The condominium, which is a part of a TAMA 38 city renewal mission, has been offered for NIS 24.3 million – a excessive value as a result of it’s overlooking Yarkon Park.

The 242 sq. meter penthouse has a 58 sq. meter balcony and 66 sq. meter roof space, with a personal swimming pool.







Within the mission, close to the junction with Derekh Namir, condominium buildings constructed within the Nineteen Sixties with 55 housing items had been demolished and as an alternative 4, seven-floor buildings with 106 flats general are being constructed, with a variety of sizes of 2-5 rooms and mini penthouses and penthouses of 110-240 sq. meters. The mission has been designed by the Barely Levitzky Kassif (BLK) architects agency, with Studio Michael Azoulay chargeable for inside design. The mission is scheduled for occupation from December 2026.

Offers carried out within the mission prior to now 12 months and printed on the Israel Tax Authority web site point out that the typical value of the flats there may be about NIS 70,000 per sq. meter, a typical value in District (Rova) 4, within the space close to Yarkon Park.
