Supply: Ex-Jets GM Joe Douglas returns to Eagles in scouting position

PHILADELPHIA — Former New York Jets common supervisor Joe Douglas is returning to the Philadelphia Eagles in a senior scouting position, a league supply confirmed.

Douglas served because the Eagles’ vice chairman of participant personnel from 2016-19. He helped construct town’s first Tremendous Bowl champion — a squad that overcame the lack of various key starters resulting from harm, together with quarterback Carson Wentz, to go 13-3 throughout the common season earlier than knocking off Tom Brady and the New England Patriots in Tremendous Bowl LII.
