Ryanair would search for another plane provider if U.S. tariffs materially have an effect on the worth of planes it has ordered from Boeing, chief govt Michael O’Leary stated in a letter on Thursday, including that he would contemplate Chinese language planemaker COMAC.
“If the US authorities proceeds with its ill-judged plan to impose tariffs, and if these tariffs materially have an effect on the worth of Boeing plane exports to Europe, then we would definitely reassess each our present Boeing orders, and the opportunity of putting these orders elsewhere,” O’Leary stated in a letter to a U.S. lawmaker seen by Reuters.
